MEDIUM COURSE MAP

The race will start at Ballston Beach in Truro. Athletes will wind their way into the village of Wellfleet, with 7 water crossings. Distance: 9 miles of running, 1.6 miles of swimming.

SHORT COURSE MAP

The race will start and finish at Wellfleet Elementary School. Athletes will encounter 3 water crossings. Distance: 3.5 miles of running, 0.75 miles of swimming.
